For their 2025 annual fundraising event, STaR (Special Teaching and Research) partnered with Laundry Lane to create a heartfelt video that would showcase the impact of inclusive early childhood education. Designed to highlight STaR’s evidence-based approach and the real-life stories of families and educators, the video aimed to inspire support by showing the difference STaR makes when inclusion is prioritised.

We produced a storytelling-led overview video featuring interviews with parents, educators, centre directors and Dr Sarah Roberts. Filmed on location, the video blended personal reflections with classroom visuals to capture the warmth and impact of STaR’s programs.

Incorporating STaR’s refreshed branding, closed captions and licensed music, the final video was accessible, emotive and event-ready. It offered attendees a moving glimpse into how inclusion from the start can transform lives and why this work needs continued support.
