We worked with TriSalus Life Sciences to create a 3-4 minute 2D animation that provides simplified and engaging medical that educates patients and carers about the TS-PERIO-01 clinical trial (for the treatment of metastatic uveal melanoma) and the procedures involved in the clinical trial.

A storytelling approach with the animation narrated in first person by a fictitious female character (an artist) –  who is representative of the 50+ study population who have been diagnosed with uveal melanoma and liver metastases. We created a relatable and trustworthy character who shared her concerns and emotions about her diagnosis and explained the benefits and science behind the immunotherapy treatment option being offered in this clinical trial. We brought our character’s artistic talent to life – this human touch bringing warmth and assisting with explaining the more technical medical research and procedures.
