Lifeline Northern Beaches wanted to tell a story that would deepen community understanding of their impact and inspire support for their services. The goal was to create a video that showcased the vital role Lifeline plays in supporting mental health and suicide prevention across the region, while honouring the people who make that support possible.

We created a heartfelt video that centres on real stories and authentic community voices. Through interviews with volunteers, staff and people with lived experience, we highlighted how Lifeline Northern Beaches provides life-saving support in moments of crisis. Filmed on location with a calm and grounded tone, the piece captures the organisation’s deep roots in the community and its unwavering commitment to connection, compassion and hope. The video is now used to drive engagement, awareness and fundraising across digital platforms and local events.
