Overview

A New Approach to Ageing Well

Brief

Wentworth Healthcare, provider of the Nepean Blue Mountains Primary Health Network, engaged Laundry Lane to produce a video campaign highlighting the impact of its intergenerational programs. These initiatives support older adults through shared activities with young children, improving wellbeing and reducing social isolation. The content would be used to engage government stakeholders, attract funding and promote future participation.

Solution

We filmed across two program sites, capturing interviews with older participants, educators and facilitators, along with candid footage of group activities such as painting, music and storytelling. The focus was on showing genuine connection and the emotional and social benefits for older adults.

We delivered a 2 to 3 minute flagship video and 4 to 6 short cutdowns in multiple formats. Each video focused on a different perspective, such as the participant experience or the provider’s view, and all were captioned for accessibility. The final suite was designed for use across conferences, social media and community outreach.
